Grace Fellowship Baptist Church is founded upon and held together by two promises or covenants. First, we are established by the covenant God has made with Himself on our behalf. God the Father sent His Son to redeem His Church by fulfilling all righteousness and taking the sin of the elect upon Himself on the cross, thus fulfilling His just requirement for our sin. The Spirit of God, according to the Father's decree and the Son's obedience, completes this covenant by regenerating or causing us to be born from above and able to repent and believe the Gospel upon hearing. Second, we are established locally and remain faithful to one another as brothers and sisters who have been adopted as God's children, by faithful submission and obedience to our church covenant.
We encourage you to read our covenant. Please notice that all Scripture references are displayed (bubbled up) whenever you move your mouse cursor over the reference. This will enable you to read the biblical text in the context of the statement without breaking continuity.
